Create Help Ticket

Our Help Desk System is the quickest and most efficient way for you to get in touch with our company. It allows us to track your support query and send it to the correct person, while at the same time watching over our technicians to insure quality service. If possible, please utilize this system for all inquiries.

View Help Desk Ticket & Thread

Through our automated help desk, you can view responses made to your tickets and post replies to them. If your problem is solved you can also close the ticket so that there are no more replies made to it.
Submit Product Question Form

Do you have a question regarding one of more of our products? This easy to use form will direct it the development and installations team for that product. Please, no support inquiries. Product questions, comments and suggestions only. All support inquires sent using this form will be redirected to our support dept. This may delay processing.
Retrieve Lost Ticket Code

If you are trying to access a ticket you've created in our automatic help desk system and cannot find your login code, use this from to enter your E-mail address and have your login information sent there. Please only enter the E-mail address that you used when you originally created your ticket, any other address will not work correctly. Your code will be E-mailed to you automatically once the correct address is entered.

Support Charges and Additional Fees
 
Please feel free to contact our support dept. at any time with questions regarding our products. We will not charge you anything for help with using, or installing our products as long as:
- The issue is, in fact, with our product.
- The issue is not related to, or does not require our assistance in installing third party software, or software requirements that are published on our website.
- The issue takes no more than 2 hours email support time, or logged-into-server support time to solve.
If your issue is related to a third party product, the product information was made public on our website and it takes our tech more than 15 minutes to help you install it, you will be invoiced $65.00 per hour.

Note regarding credit card orders.
 
We often receive inquiries regarding the security of credit card information submitted to our order forms. We assure all our customers that our orders forms are 100% secure. We may, in some cases, require that you submit a signature file to verify your identity before an order is processed. Our security is provided by PaySystems. .
If you were asked to sign and fax in a credit card authorization form, please print the form and fax it to us.
