Sales Position
 

InverseFlow is seeking experienced sales managers, sales agents and sales representatives.
Position Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the Sales process by participating in client meetings to gain an understanding of the prospective clients requirements and engineer a solution, product or combination to best meet the client and InverseFlow's needs.
- Analyze needs of the Sales team and create supporting documentation or tools (e.g., FAQ, product cheat sheets, etc.) to better equip them in the sales process.
- Build a commission structured sales team of representatives to work directly below you. Report to manager.
- Initiate internal projects to further communication, operational efficiencies, or technical understanding of the Sales organization.
- This position impacts the InverseFlow, a NextGen Company, sales function in a technical support role.
- Position has no management responsibilities or accountabilities.
- Position reports to Manager, Site Engineering or other more senior site engineering personnel as delegated by Site Engineering management.
- Acts under general supervision using personal initiative to set priorities consistent with and supportive of the sales process and business objectives.
- Ensures the quality of services delivered solutions through using documented and repeatable standards.
Knowledge:
- Business policies, procedures and structure, understanding of basic business activities and the sales process.
- Understanding of NextGen, the parent company of InverseFlow, policies and procedures. Abide by them at all times when dealing with business related matters.
- Internet Industry, solid knowledge of business to business or business to consumer Internet market space.
- Applicant must submit to an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before details of our services are disclosed.
- Applicant must submit to a SAA (sales agent agreement) before details of our services are disclosed.
- Bachelors degree in technical or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 or more years work experience in the technical capacity.
Or equivalent number of years of education and technical working experience.
- Sales pay is based on a fluctuating, commission and salary. Sales agents are paid flat commission for first three months of employment. Once the three months have been completed, Agent is evaluated for Salary. Salaries of accepted agents after three month evaluation period start at guaranteed $30,000.00 per annum plus commission (weighted scale, disclosed on NDA and hiring.)
