FAQ: How long before I have my product?
This depends on which payment method you select and which product you order. Some products will be downloadable to you instantly after you place your order. Others may take a few hours to process and be E-mailed to you, and others yet may require one of our technicians to set up all systems for you. In all cases, you will be notified of when your product will be ready. The longest it should take for either contact or delivery is 48 hours from the time your credit card is fully authorized and processed.
In some cases, we may require you to sign and fax in a form authorizing us to use your credit card. In such cases, your product will be held until we have such a form on file.
